Ashok Leyland Q2 net dips 15.75%

New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) Ashok Leyland Ltd has posted a 15.75 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 80.33 crore for the quarter ended September 2007, compared to Rs 95.36 crore in the same quarter last year.

The total income rose from Rs 1,709.38 crore for the same period last year, to Rs 1,757.03 crore during second quarter this year, a statement said.
