25 people injured in a trekker-lorry collision

Midnapur, Oct 23(UNI) Altogether 25 people were injured today when a trekker collided head on with a lorry coming from opposite direction in Daspur in the district.

West Midnapur Superintendent of Police R Rajshekharan said the injured were taken to Ghatal Hospital where condition of eight was stated to be critical.

Both the drivers had fled but the vehicles were seized by the police.
