2 run over by jeep

Agra, Oct 23 (UNI) At least two people were killed and four others severely injured when a jeep hit them in Etmadulla area here late last night, police said today.

The accident occurred, when the victims were standing near a road divider and the speeding jeep, coming from Rambagh, hit them, killing them on the spot.

The driver of the vehicle, however, managed to escape.

The grievously injured had been admitted to S N Medical college.

Investigations were underway.
