K'taka Governor leaves for New Delhi
Bangalore, Oct 22 (UNI) Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur left for New Delhi this evening on a five-day visit.
Mr Thakur, during his stay, is likely to meet President Pratibha Patil and Union Home Minister Shivaraj Patil and discuss the issues pertaining to the state affairs.
He is also likely to get the finalisation of the panel of four advisors to him, according to official sources here.
This is the first visit by Thakur to the National Capital after implementation of President rule in the state.
Mr Thakur was expected to return October 26.
