Call money opens steady at 6.00-6.10 pc

Mumbai Oct 22 (UNI) Inter bank call money rates today opened flat at 6.00-6.10 per cent today compared to its previous close due to huge funds and lack of fresh demand from local dealers.

During the intra-day, call rates touched a low of 6.00 per cent and by noon trading and its high at 6.10 per cent, dealers said.

The rates have been hovering in the range of 6.00-6.15 per cent during the past few weeks and are likely to remain at this level in near future, dealers added.
