3 killed, 10 injured in AP road accident

Vijayawada, Oct 22 (UNI) Three people were killed and 10 others injured, four of them seriously, when a state-owned bus collided with a lorry at Durgapuram in Gannavaram mandal here today.

Police said the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus proceeding to Rajahmundry dashed against a lorry when it halted for boarding passengers.

The dead were all bus passengers.

The injured were admitted to Government General Hospital, where the condition of four people was stated to be critical.
