Kerala receives rainfall

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 21 (UNI) Several parts of Kerala and Lakshadweep received rainfall during the past 24 hours.

The weather office here said Kozhikode received eight cm of rainfall, followed by Karippur Airport with seven cm, CIAL Kochi with four cm, Kumarakom with two cm, Alappuzha, Kochi, Kottayam, Thiruvananthapuram Airport, Konni, Kollamcode, Thrissur and Vaikkom with one cm each.

Rain or thundershowers were likely at a few places in Kerala and in parts of Lakshadweep in the next 48 hours.
