Eight INLD supporters booked for clash in Haryana
Jind, Oct 21 (UNI) Eight supporters of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) were booked under various sections of the IPC for clashing with the members of Bharti Kisan Union (BKU).
Police sources said today that the clash took place on Saturday shortly before INLD President Om Prakash Chautala was to address a rally at Khandela village. The BKU had asked Mr Chautala not to enter Khandela village.
The case was registered today on the complaint of BKU activist Ajit Singh who was injured in the clash. However, no arrests had been made so far.
