Cracker unit blast claims three lives in Gorakhpur

Gorakhpur, Oct 21 (UNI) Three people, who were seriously hurt in a blast at a fire-crackers factory here, had succummed to their injuries in a hospital this afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Ashok (40), Manoj (20) and Rinku (22), police said.

Five others, including two women were still under treatment.

A case had been registered against the fire-crackers unit owner.
