"Blood Donor Bank'' inaugurated by spiritual leader

Rajkot, Oct 21 (UNI) Spiritual leader Shri Haricharandasji today inaugurated the 'Blood Donor Bank' for poor patients of civil hospitals at the office of Shree Sadguru Sadan Trust, an organisation working for the uplift of the poor.

Gujarat Finance Minister Vajubhai Vala and City Mayor Dhansukh Bhanderi were chief guests at the function. Leading citizens and prominent dignitaries of the city also attended the function.

Managing Trustee of the Institution, Pravin Vasani said the trust has started enrolling blood donors and today few of them have been provided Identity Cards of the Trust.

Initially, the Trust will enroll 11,250 blood donors and provide them with identity cards. They will provide blood to poor patients at civil hospitals as and when required.
