UAE condemns terror attack in Pakistan

Dubai, Oct 20 (UNI) UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, also the Vice-President and Prime Minister, and the ruler of Dubai Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum have sent condolences to Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf over the Karachi blasts.

They expressed grief for the victims of the terror attack which targeted former Pakistani Prime Minister and Pakistan Peoples Party President Benazir Bhutto on her return to the country after eight years of self-exile, Khaleej Times reported.

The President expressed the UAE's strong condemnation of the aggression, solidarity with Pakistan and sympathy with the families of the victims.

Shaikh Khalifa and Shaikh Mohammed also sent similar cables to Benazir Bhutto.
