Dussehra grretings in MP

Bhopal, Oct 20 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Governor Balram Jakhar and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today extended their Dussehra greetings to the state's denizens.

''Vijay Dashami symbolises the victory of good over evil, truth over untruth and morality over immorality,'' Dr Jakhar said in his message.

''Terrorism, naxalism and other crimes are a formidable challenge before us to fight against which there is need to foster the bonds of unity, amity and fraternity,'' said Mr Chouhan.

Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Personnel Suresh Pachouri, Congress General Secretary and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, Bharatiya Janata Party state President Narendra Singh Tomar, his Congress counterpart Subhash Yadav and several other leaders also conveyed their best wishes.
