Tech Mahindra gets nod for its two subsdiaries merger

New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) Tech Mahindra today said the Board of Directors has approved merger of its wholly-owned subsidiaries -- Tech Mahindra (R&D Services) Ltd and iPolicy Networks Ltd -- with the parent company.

The board has issued and allotted 3,580 equity shares of Rs 10 each on exercise of stock options, a company statement said.

Tech Mahindra, set up in 1986, provides end-to-end IT services and solutions to the telecom industry.
