K'taka: Talwalkars to open 50 more centres

Bangalore, Oct 19: Talwalkars, the country's leading brand and fitness centres, will open 50 more centres across the country to take its total number to 100 within next two years, its Chairman Madhukar Talwalkar said.

Talking to newspersons here yesterday he said ''there are over 45 branches functioning in major cities now and this number will touch a century within next two years.

''We are looking at expanding at a very fast pace and will open more centres. We are also facilitating the fitness movement by marketing high quality fitness equipment and accessories at the best prices'', he added.

Director Girish Talwalkar said a research and development department was set up to improve health programmes to cater to individual requirements.

Earlier, World Billiards and Snooker Champion Pankaj Advani inaugurated Talwalkars 45th Centre.
