Southern Railway announces special trains

Chennai, Oct 19 (UNI) The Southern Railways has ordered to run a series of special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers.

A Southern Railway release here today said Madurai-Chennai Egmore Special would leave Madurai at 2315 hrs on October 24 and arrive here at 0930 hrs the next day.

Chennai Central-Howrah Special would leave Chennai Central at 1000 hrs on October 27 and reach Howrah at 1350 hrs the next day.

Tiruchirapalli-Chennai Egmore Special would leave Tiruchirapalli at 2100 hrs on November 11 and arrive at Chennai Egmore at 0400 hrs the next day.

Chennai Egmore-Madurai Special would leave Chennai Egmore at 2315 hrs on November 12 and reach Madurai at 0930 hrs the next day, the release added.
