Sharon Bio Medicine buys Stonewood Cem-Fab

New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) Drug maker Sharon Bio Medicine Ltd today said it has acquired Stonewood Cem-Fab (India) Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

The company plans to set up a pharma plant on the acquired company's land and building measuring 6,500 square metre in Taloja Industrial Estate near New Mumbai, a company statement said.
