Bomb attack on Benazir, a cowardly attack: CPI(M)

New Delhi Oct 19: The CPI(M) today expressed its shock and outrage at the bomb blast at Karachi targeting the convoy of PPP leader Benazir Bhutto, calling it a" cowardly terrost attack.' Over 125 people had died and the toll kept mounting in the attack, CPI(M) Bureau said in a statment.

The forces which did not want democracy to be restored in Pakistan are behind this attack, the Left party said.

It offered its heartful sympathy and condolence to all those who had lost their family members or suffered grievous injuries, the statement added.
