Bajaj posts 5.92pc hike in Q2 net at Rs 336.42 cr

New Delhi, Oct 19: Auto major Bajaj Auto Ltd today registered a 5.92 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 336.42 crore for July-September period compared to Rs 317.59 crore over the same period last fiscal.

However, the company's total income has decreased from Rs 2,578.40 crore for the quarter ended September 2006 to Rs 2,509.51 crore for the quarter ended September 2007.
