Accentia's board plans further acquisitions

New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) Accentia Technologies Ltd today said its board has discussed the modalities of further acquisitions in billing and insurance claims sectors.

The Board of Directors (BoD) also discussed about FIPB 'nod for the purpose of share-swap for the acquisition targets, a company statement said.

Accentia Technologies recently acquired Denmed Medical Transcription, a US-based BPO company operating in Portland, for three million dollars.

Accentia Technologies Ltd provides end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) solutions for healthcare, financial and insurance sectors. The company has over thousand BPO professionals spread across its three units at Mumbai, Bangalore and Trivandrum.
