SAP
intends
to
buy
India's
YASU
Technologies,
a
software
company
with
120
staff,
for
an
undisclosed
price,
it
said
in
a
statement
on
Wednesday.
Privately held YASU specialises in business-rules software, which helps companies act in line with defined goals or constraints and be more efficient.
SAP, which this month agreed to buy Business Objects for 4.8 billion euros ($6.8 billion) -- its biggest-ever acquisition -- said buying YASU was in line with its broader strategy of organic growth and small acquisitions.
