Woman's body found in MCH bathroom

Thrissur, Oct 15 (UNI) The body of a young woman was found inside the bathroom of the Medical College Hospital, Thrissur at Mulamkunnathukavu here today.

Police said Amina (26), daughter of Fathima, hailing from Meenakshipuram in Palakkad district, was suspected to be strangled to death in the morning.

Police arrested two persons in this connection, including her second husband Shahul Hameed and his friend Ambazhakan, a native of Kadaloor in Tamil Nadu, living with Shahul in Chavakkad for the last three months.

Police had admitted Amina to the Medical College Hospital on October six, after being found lying in Chavakkad Bus Stand with injuries on her head.
