Sunday
defended
his
country's
October
6
elections
and
said
he
expected
the
Supreme
Court
to
uphold
President
General
Pervez
Musharraf's
re-election.
Aziz
also
reiterated
Musharraf's
intention
to
resign
as
army
chief
before
he
takes
his
oath
of
office.
Commenting
on
former
Prime
Minister
PPP
leader
Benazir
Bhutto,
Aziz
said
that
she
is
free
to
come
to
Pakistan
but
laws
of
the
land
will
apply
to
her
like
any
other
citizen.
