Two vendors killed in accident

Jammu, Oct 15 (UNI) Two vendors were killed when a truck ran over them on outskirts of the city here today.

Two unidentified vendors, who were selling fruits in vegetable market in the city outskirts of Narwal area, were crushed to death by a speedily driven truck bearing number PBV-08R 1485, police said.

The identity of killed vendors is yet to be ascertained as they are not locals.

The truck driver managed to escape from the spot and was still absconding, police added.
