Two persons died and 4 injured in Kashmir

Srinagar, Oct 15 (UNI) Two persons died and four others were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley a police spokesman said.

He said an Indica car hit and injured one boy, Hilal Ahmad Rather (15) at Khag Beerwah.

The injured was rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

He said in another accident, an auto turned turtle at Nowpora Sopore resulting in the death of one passenger namely Altaf Hussian Dar (25).

A Tata Sumo hit and injured one Noor Hussian in another incident, while at General road Kupwara, a Maruti car hit and injured one lady namely Sara Begum, wife of Sonaullah Sheikh.

He said in addition to that a motor cycle hit and injured a pedestrian near National Highway Chogal, Handwara.

The injured persons were hospitalised.
