Guj: Security tightened at Ambaji, Bahucharaji

Palanpur, Oct 15: Security was beefed up around the Ambaji temple following a stampede at Pavagadh in Panchmahal district today.

''An additional contingent of 50 jawans, headed by a Deputy Superintendent of Police and three sub-inspectors, has been rushed to Ambaji, which has been drawing huge crowd since Friday when the Navaratri festival began, to ensure smooth and peaceful passing of the festival,'' District Superintendent of Police Vipul Agarwal told UNI
