Indians to get visa on arrival in Ethiopia

New Delhi, Oct 15 (UNI) Ethiopia will issues visas on arrival to Indian nationals, including India in the list of countries which are given such facility.

''The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has included India in the list of countries, the nationals of which are entitled to tourist visas upon arrival in Ethiopia,'' a brief statement issued by the External Affairs Ministry here said today.

The two countriuess have agreed to strengthen cooperation in diverse fields and, in July, signed an agreement in Addis Ababa to promote bilateral investments and increase coordination on critical global issues like UN reforms.

Ethiopia has already extended suppport to India's claim for a permanent seat in the UN Security Council.
