Ballarshah station introduces Clean Train Station Scheme

Mumbai, Oct 15 (UNI) Ballarshah station in Chandrapur district has become the first station on Central Railway to introduce Clean Train Station Scheme.

According to a release issued by the Central Railway, under the clean train station scheme, coach toilets of en route trains are cleaned with the help of high pressure water jets followed by mopping and vacuum cleaning of toilets floor, door way and gang way area.

The bathroom fittings, cleaning of AC dustbins, cleaning of AC window glass on platform side, spraying of insecticides and deodorants are also carried out in the similar manner, the release added.
