3i Infotech to acquire US firm for $ 25.25 mln

New Delhi, Oct 15 (UNI) Software company 3i Infotech Ltd today said it has signed an agreement to acquire the US-based J&B Software Inc and its subsidiaries for 25.25 million dollars.

J&B Software Inc, which has annual revenue of 25 million dollars, is engaged in providing software products and services relating to remittance processing in the US, a statement said.

''The acquisition of J&B Software Inc is a strategic one and will enable 3i Infotech to strengthen its positioning in BFSI segment globally,'' 3i Infotech Managing Director V Srinivasan said.
