National safety award to CNP

Nashik, Oct 11: The Currency Note Press (CNP) here have won the runners-up trophy in the national level 'Safety award competition 2005', organised by the Labour and Employment Ministry, Government of India.

The award was given to CNP general manager A N Ingale in a glittering ceremony at New Delhi on October 7. The award was given at the hands of Minster of State for Labour and Employment Oscar Fernandes.

The award has been given to CNP for maintaing minimum accident frequency rate.
