GM India offers discounts on Chevrolet Spark

New Delhi, Oct 11: GM India today announced a special price offer on its recently launched Chevrolet Spark which will be available at a special starting price of Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

The discounts will be offered to those who book their car from October 12 through October 22. This offer is valid for all bookings made on those ten days, even if the delivery of the car occurs later.

The offer announced today is in addition to attractive financing schemes already being offered by GM India, including a 100 per cent funding and low down payment offer.

The Chevrolet Spark also comes with a three-year/100,000-km standard warranty, which is an industry first in the mini-car segment, and a service interval of 5,000 km or six months, whichever comes first.

''This special promotion is GM India's way of thanking our discerning customers, who have shown tremendous enthusiasm for our carlines. They appreciate our world-class products and array of industry-first after sales initiatives and services,'' said GM India Vice President (Marketing, Sales and After Sales) Ankush Arora.

About two million units of the 'Spark' sold in well over 100 markets since its launch.

General Motors India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motors Corporation, had reported a 64 per cent increase in sales during September this year.

The company sold a total of 5,751 in the month, as against 3,506 units during the same month last year.
