Strobe Talbott to release Jaswant's book 'A Call to Honour'

New York, Oct 10 (UNI) Former External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh is here to launch the American Edition of his book "A Call to Honour" which was released in India last year.

The book, renamed as "In Service of Emergent India" will be released at Bloomington, Indiana, by former US Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott.

Mr Singh, Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, had been involved in crucial talks with Mr Talbott during the NDA regime to normalise Indo-US relations after India conducted nuclear tests. Mr Talbott is now President of the famous American think-tank 'Brookings Institution".
