Manipur CM inspects work sites at Imphal

Imphal, Oct 10 (UNI) Manipur Chief Minister O.Ibobi Singh today inspected various developmental schemes taken up by the government here.

Mr Singh, accompanied by senior Cabinet ministers and officials, inspected Nambul, Imphal rivers, the Uripok road, Thangal bazar and Paona bazar roads.

Mr Singh said the rivers flowing at the Manipur valley would be cleaned and appealed to the people to support the government in this regard.

Meanwhile, state Veterinary Minister D D Thaisii during the day inaugurated a 2000 litre capacity milk chilling machine at Sekmaijin, which was set up at the cost of about Rs 4.5 lakhs.
