Delhi's movement to Winter continues

New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) Delhi's movement towards Winter season continued today with the mercury dropping further to 33.6 degrees Celsius.

Continuing the trend of falling temperatures in the Capital over the last couple of weeks, the maximum temperature fell to 33.6 segreea C, from 34 degree C yesterday.

The mornings remained chilly for the second day in succession with the minimum temperature plummeting to 17.4 degrees C, three degrees below normal.

Wintry conditions were lilely to prevail in the city for the rest of the week with the weatherman forecasting maximum and minimum temperature of 34 degrees C and 17 degree C respectively tomorrow.

The last over a week has witnessed a continuous fall in mercury in Delhi with the maximum and minimum staying at near normal or below normal levels.

The Met office has forecast a mainly clear sky in the city during the next 24 hours.
