Kingfisher launches SMS-based ticketing service

Bangalore, Oct 9 (UNI) The Kingfisher Airlines today launched 'FLYBUYSMS TM', an SMS-based ticketing service in India.

The new facility allows the customers to search, book and pay for tickets on the mobile itself, said a company statement.

The new service works on any handset model or operator.

''Kingfisher Airlines has always been at the forefront of innovation in the aviation industry. The SMS-based ticketing service is yet another effort to offer our customers an unparalleled service,'' Kingfisher Airlines chairman and CEO Vijay Mallya said. UNI
