JD(S) leader resigns protesting CM's failure to keep promise
Hubli, Oct 8 (UNI) Former Lok Sabha Member and JD(S) Leader Vijay Sankeshwar today resigned from the party in protest against Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy not keeping his promise in handing over power to the BJP.
In his resignation letter sent to Party President H D Deve Gowda, he accused the former Prime Minister for 'indulging' in caste and family politics and being responsible for the fall of the JD(S)-BJP coalition government in the state.
