Dollex inks MoU with MP for sugar complex

New Delhi, Oct 8: Dollex Industries Ltd said that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Madhya Pradesh Government to establish an Integrated Agro-Energy Complex an estimated investment of Rs 105 crores.

This will be the Dollex's third major undertaking in the past 12 months, after acquiring Godavari Manar Sugars and Kalamber SSK from the Government of Maharashtra, said a statement.
