Exchage Committee revises BSE index

Mumbai, Oct 7 (UNI) The index committee of the Exchange has decided to revise the composition of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) indices.

In a meeting held here today, the committee decided to revise the composition of BSE indices and made some replacements in SENSEX, BSE-100, BSE-200, BSE-500 and BSE PSU index, an official release said.

Revisions in SENSEX, BSE PSU and BSE Sectoral indices shall be effective from November 19, while the revision in BSE-100, BSE-200 and BSE-500 index would be effective from October 15, the release added.
