Silver eases, Gold rises: BBA
Mumbai, Oct 6: Precious metals witnessed a mixed trend today as Silver slashed by Rs 20 per kg owing to thin buying support while Gold edged up by Rs 75 per ten gm because of reduced stock supply, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.
Following are the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 18,055 (18,075) Gold (per 10 gm) Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 9,505 (9,430) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 9,555 (9,480).
