Prisoners on fast, demand arrest of murderers

Cuddalore, Oct 6 (UNI) A group of prisoners in the Central prison observed a token fast, demanding immediate arrest of two persons in connection with a murder here today.

According to the Jail Superintendent Murugesan, Sakthipandiyan, hailing from Tenkasi and 17 others, arrested under the National Security Act in connection with killing of six people in a clash in August, demanded immediate arrest of two others, Musthaffa Kamal and Rehman Basha, who allegedly killed Sakthipandiyan's brother.
