Pakistan
Marine
Security
personnel
from
the
Arabian
Sea,
off
Jakhao
Port.
Gujarat Unit of the National Fish Forum Works President Manish Lodhari said the Pak Marine Security personnel abducted 16 fishermen, along with their four boats, while they were fishing in Indian waters on Thursday morning.
However, the Coast Guard was successful in rescuing 12 fishermen and one boat from their clutches, but could not freed the other 16 and their boats, Mr Lodhari added.
With this abduction, the total number of Indian fishermen detained in Pakistan jails had gone up to 311 since 2003, Mr Lodhari pointed out.
