LM Singhvi was a constitutional expert: President

New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) President Pratibha Devisingh Patil today condoled the death of Dr L M Singhvi, stating that he was a prominent constitutional expert and a scholar.

In his passing away, the nation ''has lost a prominent constitutional expert, eminent jurist and renowned scholar and able Parliamentarian,'' Ms Patil said in a message.
