Bharathi AXA LIC launches operations in Pondy

Puducherry, Oct 6: Bharathi AXA Life Insurance Company Limited, a joint venture between Bharathi Enterprises and AXA group, today launched it's operations in Puducherry.

According to a release here, Deputy Consul General of France in Puducherry Francois Stridy inaugurated the branch. The Puducherry branch would strengthen the company's presence in the southern region. It had already launched its branches in Kochi, Coimbatore, Tirupur and Erode last month.

Speaking on the occasion, Company CEO Nitin Chopra said the launch reaffirms its committment to bring AXA's global expertise in providing insurance and wealth management solutions to diverse consumer segments in India.
