Southern Air Command conducts trekking expedition

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 5 (UNI) As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the Indian Air Force, the Adventure Cell of the Southern Air Command conducted a trekking expedition at Neyyar Wild Life Sanctuary, near here.

The expedition, in which many air warriors and children participated, was conducted on Wednesday and yesterday.

A motorcycle rally was also conducted from Thiruvananthapuram to Kanniyakumari in Tamil Nadu.

The Adventure Cell of SAC had organised such events to promote the spirit of adventure and brotherhood among the IAF personnel.
