Man carrying grenades arrested in Jammu

Jammu, Oct 5 (UNI) Security force arrested one person carrying two live grenades and busted a militant hideout in hilly Mahore area of Reasi district, official sources today said.

Acting on a tip-off, troops of 51 Rashtriya Rifles (MAHAR) arrested one Bashir Ahmed and recovered two live grenades from him at Lower Dubri in Mahore.

Meanwhile, a militant hideout was unearthed at Bhagi area where from 25 PIKA rounds, two hand grenades and other assorted ammunition was recovered, sources said.
