Four of a single family killed in road accident

Bagalkot, Karnataka, Oct 5 (UNI) Four people belonging to the same family were killed on the spot when a car rammed against a stationary truck on Mudhol-Lokapur state highway in the early hours today.

Mudhol police said the iron ore laden truck was stranded right in the middle of the road due to a tyre burst and the speeding car rammed into it from behind killing all the four inmates.

The of the dead were identified as Anand Deshpande (32), Tithankar Deshpande (45) and Abhijit Deshpande (34) and Sandesh Deshpande (34).
