Financial Technologies sets GDR conversion price

New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Financial Technologies Ltd today said it has set its global depositary receipts (GDR) conversion price at 2,724.9 rupees a share.

Earlier this week, the firm said it planned to raise up to 100 million dollar through a GDR issue, with a greenshoe option for another 15 million dollars.
