Man killed by wife over extramarital affair

Etah, Oct 4: A man was hacked to death by his wife over an extramarital affair in Sahavar area of this district. On September 30, Mahendra of Satroi village went missing under mysterious circumstances, police said today.

On being inquired, his wife Saroj confessed the crime, saying she had illicit relation with her lover Pappu. The husband's body had been recovered from Bareni village. Investigation was on.
