Trader rescued, 4 arrested

Bulandshahr, Oct 1: Police have succeeded in rescuing a kidnapped trader and arrested four of his abductors after an encounter in this district. On September 26, Vipin Agarwal, resident of Ahmadgarh area was kidnapped by some miscreants.

He was, however, rescued late last night after an encounter bewteen police and his abductors -- Ramesh, Ashok, Mahesh and Dayaram. Illicit weapons and a large number of cartridges were also seized from their possession, police today said.
