Trader looted in MP

Chhatarpur, MP, Oct 1 (UNI) A Jhansi district-resident trader was looted of a bagful of jewellery worth Rs 5 lakh and his car by unidentified persons while the victim was en route from this district's Raath to Jhansi last evening, police said today.

Mr Rajkumar Agarwal's vehicle was overtaken and stopped by the accused's car overtook his car and stopped it. The accused opened fire, snatched the bag and sped away.

The trader reached the police station on foot.
