Nine NSUI activists held in Surat

Surat, Oct 1 (UNI) Police today arrested nine NSUI activists for blackening the face of a school teacher here on Saturday.

Vajid Sheikh and 8 others had entered the school premises and blackened the teacher Dinesh Chauhan's face with ink.

Besides Sheikh, the others have been identified as Sandip, Iqbal Raish, A Khureshi, Sandiprai Pathak, Paresh Amarlal Patel, Shailesh Ramsaheb Pathak, Dilip Kripashankar Mishra and Deepak Chandraprakash Jain.
